ANP delegation calls on CM Sindh


KARACHI: A three-member delegation of Awami National Party (ANP) Sindh led by President Sahi Syed has met with chief minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah here at CM house.

The prevailing political situation came under discussion during meeting including the extended reconciliation process among governemnt’s allied parties for the stability of democracy in country.

Shahi Syed lauded the government’s efforts to address the recent political crisis in connection with lawyers’ long march and restoration of judiciary and added that reinstatement of deposed judges, to their pre-November 3 position, will help sustain democracy here.

The CM, on the occasion, said PPP-led government will continue with reconciliation process and assured of regularization of slum areas soon.

PPP is determined to keep their allies on board in future, he added.
