ISLAMABAD: A lawyer Friday submitted petition in Supreme Court of Pakistan calling for former president Prevez Mushraff’s name to be placed on the Exit Control List (ECL).
In his petition, Advocate Tariq Hussan appealed to prevent Prevez Mushraff from traveling out of country.
According to him, the former army chief had been advised by aides that he should leave the county as Lal Masjid operation case could be heard now following the reinstatement of Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
