ISLAMABAD: A meeting of senior leadership of PPP held here in the Presidency on Thursday night resolved to continue its political struggle for democracy, rule of law and emancipation of people and reiterated to uphold the principles laid down in the Charter of Democracy with renewed vigor and determination under the leadership of Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari.
The meeting held under the chairmanship of President and Co-Chairman PPP Asif Ali Zardari was attended among others by Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani, Ms Faryal Talpur, MNA, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, a number of federal ministers and senior party leaders including the Presidents of the provincial chapters of the party.
